Chloe Linsley

Chloe completed her Undergraduate Law Degree at the University of Chester prior to going on to complete her Postgraduate LPC and Masters in Law at the University of Sunderland. She then joined a growing, mid-size firm in Stockport as a paralegal specialising in residential property. Chloe instantly took on her own caseload and it was from this first role that she discovered her particular interest in property law, particularly residential property.

Chloe has experience in acting for both private individuals, first time buyers and companies. She has developed her knowledge and experience in many areas such as freehold, leasehold, shared ownership and right to buy.

Chloe is keen to develop her skills and expand her knowledge working closely with senior members of the Residential Property team at MLP Law, with the ambitious goal to eventually qualify as a solicitor.

In her spare time, Chloe enjoys spending time with her friends and family, going on hikes, trying new restaurants and going to the theatre.

Having acted for both investors and private individuals in a range of property transactions Katie has gained experience in many areas, including leasehold, new build (including Help to Buy), shared ownership and retirement properties.

Outside of the office Katie spends most of her time with her young nieces and nephews and always has a good book or two on the go.

Jennifer Riddaway

Jennifer has spent 20 years acting for clients in property law transactions and has built strong relationships with estate agents, mortgage brokers, accountants and other affiliates of the property world. Jennifer has won an accolade for Most Innovative Client Services Provider and has worked with the Law Society on modernisation of the conveyancing process, in their Early Data Capture scheme, which seeks to reduce the time taken for a transaction to complete from 6-8 weeks to 4-5 weeks.

Jennifer is always striving to provide the smoothest and most efficient buying and selling process for her clients, whilst maintaining a personal, friendly and approachable manner.

Jennifer has enjoyed managing teams of conveyancers, and was also asked to set up a Conveyancing Department from scratch for a firm who hadn’t done Conveyancing before. This involved the development of relationships with referrers of work, recruitment of all staff for the department; and also the compliance requirements, such as obtaining CQS accreditation, and membership of lender panels.

In her spare time, Jennie loves spending time with her family, watching sports and taking the occasional city break
