I am an Associate Solicitor specialising in Employment Law. I primarily advise businesses in relation to employment law and HR issues affecting their business. I provide my clients with advice which takes into account the commercial realities of their business and the industries in which they operate and I work closely with them to identify practical solutions to their problems. This includes high level strategic advice, such as business restructures or takeovers, as well as helping businesses resolve absence and performance concerns, disciplinary matters or grievances concerning their employees. I advise clients across a range of industries but have specific sector expertise in relation to the retail, hospitality, construction and manufacturing industries. I also have considerable experience advising individuals in relation to workplace issues they may have with their employers and I advise and represent businesses and individuals at all stages of the employment tribunal process.
I provide training to clients and organisations on a variety of key employment areas, such as absence management, conducting disciplinary or grievance processes and employment law updates.
