Am I tied in? What if I want to cancel?

We are confident that you will be 100% satisfied with the service we provide to you under MLP Flex.

Your MLP Flex service is for an initial period of 12 months.

If you have any concerns with the services at any time, we would invite you to raise your concerns with us so that we can do all we can to resolve them for you.

However, you are not tied in for any minimum period and you may cancel the arrangement at any time by informing us in writing. However, if you decide to cancel, any monthly instalments paid to date will not be returned and may need to make an additional payment to cover all work which has been incurred to date.
