Support during separation

Whether you are divorcing a marriage, dissolving a civil partnership or separating from a co-habiting partner, we can provide the legal services you need to protect all parties, including any dependants who might be affected.

This includes agreeing finances on divorce, which can include an initial settlement plus any future maintenance payments and childcare support. We can also help you to make childcare arrangements and agree non-financial issues like place of residence and visiting rights.
