Sharlene Browne

Sharlene is an Employment Law specialist with over 18 years’ experience supporting businesses through complex workplace disputes, and employment litigation. She works with business owners, Directors and HR Leaders to manage a wide range of employment law matters including dismissals, discrimination claims, whistleblowing, contractual disputes and Employment Tribunal proceedings, where she has extensive experience preparing cases and supporting clients through the litigation process.

Sharlene is particularly experienced in handling sensitive workplace issues and guiding organisations through high-risk people matters from initial advice, through to resolution or litigation. Known for her straight-talking and pragmatic style, Sharlene focuses on quickly identifying the key legal and commercial risks and delivering clear, practical solutions that allow businesses to move forward with confidence.

Sharlene is an Accredited Workplace Mediator with the UK Mediation Council and an Associate Member of CILEX. Her combined legal and commercial experience enables her to deliver practical, business-focused employment law solutions, that help organisations manage risk, resolve disputes and move forward with confidence.

Outside of work, she enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle and regularly competes in endurance and hybrid fitness events.
