Elizabeth Evans-Jarvis
Elizabeth is a Partner in MLP Law’s Employment team, bringing over 16 years of experience in advising and representing clients on all aspects of employment law. She works closely with businesses to achieve the best possible outcomes for any employment issue they may face – from drafting contracts and policies to handling complex disputes and tribunal claims.
As a practicing Solicitor Advocate and qualified Barrister, Elizabeth combines her legal expertise with over 20 years of commercial experience, enabling her to deliver practical, business-focused solutions. Her background in international business development gives her a unique perspective on aligning legal strategies with commercial objectives.
Elizabeth has acted on a wide range of employment matters, including discrimination, whistleblowing, TUPE, and class action claims such as protective awards and unfair dismissal. She also provides proactive support to businesses through risk assessments and compliance with emerging employment laws.
A member of the Law Society, Elizabeth is committed to delivering meticulous, results-driven advice. Fluent in German and passionate about languages, she brings a global outlook to her work.
