A New Era Of mlplaw

A new era of mlplaw – as we celebrate 35 years of mlplaw and Stephen’s 10-year anniversary as Managing Partner,  our marketing team highlight what has been achieved in the last 12 months to revitalise our brand and mirror the exceptional calibre of our lawyers and team.

You may have noticed some of the recent changes. Our in-house marketing Team, Maria, Zara and Leanne (under the guidance of Marketing Director, James Randall) went through a comprehensive overhaul, redesigning our entire website, rebranding and adopting a fresh strategy to social media and events.

We also refurbished key areas such as reception, client amenities, our boardroom and basement. Our ‘Basement 7’ has become a versatile space for hosting events, internal team training and client gatherings. Recently, we utilised the space for our first mlpflex conference and networking event tailored for clients and local businesses. We are looking forward to hosting more events in the near future.

Our rationale? A commitment to enhance the client journey and investing in the client’s experience lies at the core of our ethos. The purpose is to clearly communicate and reinforce the proactive nature of the firm and the importance of building client relationships with business owners across the region. Innovation, adaptability and exceeding expectations are at the heart of who we are as mlplaw. Our new tagline ‘Exceptional Lawyers, Exceptional Care’ is simple, but reflects to our commitment to delivering straightforward, transparent and honest legal advice.

We’re really proud of what has been achieved so far and how we have developed our brand – seeing the transformation has been incredible. We’re always looking at ways to improve and adapt to ensure we deliver a positive client experience.
