Our Corporate team is pleased to have advised the shareholders of a well-established Manchester-based estate agency. The company was successfully sold to a North West branch of a national firm.

The transaction came with challenges. The buyer sought to revisit and renegotiate key commercial terms on multiple occasions during the process. As the deal progressed, our team worked closely with the sellers to provide pragmatic and strategic advice. This ensured their interests remained protected while also keeping the transaction on track.
